The foundation-stage GSEIN service is developed and operated by Rawaas LLC in Jordan. A separate governance structure is proposed but is not yet operational.

Privacy notice
A transparent description of the information handled by the foundation-stage public GSEIN registry and intake service. This notice may be updated as legal review, governance, and operations mature.
What an intake request contains
The form records the legal entity name, jurisdiction, registration number, registry name and source, contact email, optional notes, consent, submission time, and review status.
How the information is used
Information is used to validate the cited public source, detect duplicate records, communicate about the request, maintain an audit trail, and—only after approval—publish non-confidential entity facts with provenance.
Foundation-stage limitation
GSEIN is operating as a foundation-stage public service. Retention schedules, processor disclosures, cross-border transfer terms where applicable, and jurisdiction-specific legal notices are being finalized as the service expands.
